What I love most about my job is the interaction with patients and seeing the joy a new smile can bring someone. Dr. Gilmore’s work is second to none. He always has the patient’s best interest at heart and it is very rewarding to work for someone who genuinely cares. Dentistry is constantly changing & expanding, so I am always learning something new. My co-workers are absolutely amazing and I love them all like family. There is never a dull moment here at Gilmore Dental!
Michelle got her dental assisting certificate from COCC and is going back to school for her Bachelor’s degree in Business. She grew up in the great state of Alaska, and she spends her off-time riding her Harley and camping. She has a wonderful 22-year-old son.
What I love about working here is the team camaraderie and how we have each other’s backs. Helping patients achieve better oral health is very rewarding!

What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is the ability to help people. The fun atmosphere with my co-workers keeps me on my toes. We have a good time teasing each other. I also appreciate the staff get-together, where we can let loose and enjoy each other. We are working on building a good solid team and that’s important.

She and her husband (who’s a chef) love eating out, watching movies, and spending time with their nieces and nephews. Oh, and Nida speaks and reads 10 languages!
What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is my co-workers. We have fun giving each other a hard time. The work ethic and knowledge of our staff and Dr. Gilmore’s skills and investment in technology is incredible.
Sara comes to us from the medical field and we are excited to add a medical-dental cross-coding aspect as that is most likely where dentistry is headed. She absolutely loves watching her two boys play baseball and camping as a family. They love to spend time socializing and getting outside with the dogs.
What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is the team work and the atmosphere. It feels very family oriented which is important to me and we have a good time. I really like the challenge of collecting insurance payments and fighting for patients’ benefits even though they rarely know I do.

I absolutely love my work. It isn’t easy finding that perfect fit. At Gilmore Dental, I’ve found that fit. What I appreciate the most about working here is the absolute belief I have in the quality of dentistry Dr. Gilmore does. He’s my dentist and I would have a hard time trusting anyone else! The staff is also very much like family and we all believe we have something very special. I am very thankful to be here.
