Sara J., Insurance Coordinator

Sara comes to us from the medical field and we are excited to add a medical-dental cross-coding aspect as that is most likely where dentistry is headed. She absolutely loves watching her two boys play baseball, football and basketball, as well as camping as a family. They love to spend time socializing with friends, family and getting outside with the dogs.

What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is the team work and the atmosphere. It feels very family oriented which is important to me and we have a good time. I really like the challenge of collecting insurance payments and fighting for patients’ benefits even though they rarely know I do.

Jolene A., Concierge & Schedule Coordinator

Jolene has been in the dental field for 25+ years. She was an assistant early in her career. Jolene has three beautiful daughters and one son, as well as two granddaughters and a grandson. She loves spending time with her family and camping around the PNW.

What I love about working at Gilmore Dental is the ability to help people. The fun atmosphere with my co-workers keeps me on my toes. We have a good time teasing each other. I also appreciate the staff get-together, where we can let loose and enjoy each other. We are working on building a good solid team and that’s important.

Jamie P., EFDA, Lead Assistant

Jamie also joined Dr. Gilmore’s team within 18 months. Jamie is our Lead Assistant, which means she supports all back office functions and team members, as well as facilitating the patient experience during consultations and treatment.

Jamie graduated from Central Oregon Community College with an Expanded Functions degree in 2007. Born and raised in Central Oregon, she has two adorable kids that keep her on her toes. Jamie also enjoys the great outdoors: hunting, fishing, and camping.

What I love most about my job is the interaction with patients and seeing the joy a new smile can bring someone. Dr. Gilmore’s work is second to none. He always has the patient’s best interest at heart and it is very rewarding to work for someone who genuinely cares. Dentistry is constantly changing & expanding, so I am always learning something new. My co-workers are absolutely amazing and I love them all like family. There is never a dull moment here at Gilmore Dental!

Amy R., Practice Manager

Amy joined Dr. Gilmore just 18 months after he opened his practice. Her role is to support all aspects of our practice, team members, and facilitate the patient experience.

Amy graduated from Oregon State University in 1993 and married her high school sweetheart, busy year! They have three beautiful children and two grandchildren that keep them extremely busy with their activities. She loves riding horses, camping, and enjoying the great northwest.

I absolutely love my work. It isn’t easy finding that perfect fit. At Gilmore Dental, I’ve found that fit. What I appreciate the most about working here is the absolute belief I have in the quality of dentistry Dr. Gilmore does. He’s my dentist and I would have a hard time trusting anyone else! The staff is also very much like family and we all believe we have something very special. I am very thankful to be here.
